The shop does not offer international shipping at this time.

Current processing time*:

  • Processing time is specified on each listings

*Processing time is how long it takes to get your package to the post office. It does not include shipping time.

Customer's role with shipping:

  • Double check the mailing address. The shop is not responsible for any packages that are sent to an outdated/incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Retrieve packages promptly and have a secure & reliable location for packages to be delivered. Unfortunately the shop cannot do anything about stolen packages.
  • Provide a reliable mailing address. Any recurring issues with receiving packages, e.g. non-deliveries, are beyond the scope of the shop. They need to be addressed with your local post office.

After package has shipped:

  • Once a package is dropped off, the shop has no control over the package and its delivery time. The shop can only control its processing time. Keep in mind that USPS is a separate entity from the shop, and the given time frame for delivery is an estimate. Be aware that delays are also possible.
  • It is highly encouraged that customers sign up for tracking updates with USPS. If there are concerns with a package, it is best that you first reach out to USPS as they can best assist.

Returned Packages:

If a package is returned to the shop due to any reasons, e.g., incorrect address, unable to deliver, etc., it will result in a new shipping charge to reship which will be the customer's responsibility.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES-

The shop has a strict NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations policy. All sales are final.

If a mistake was made on the order or a product is received defected, please reach out ASAP. The customer has 3 business days to reach out through Shopify messages with photos to work with the shop to resolve the issue.
